I have been hit by the cold bug again. This time it’s turn into a nice sinus infecton… suh-weet.
But nevertheless, Wendy can still go shopping. My mom and I did that today. We hit DSW, David’s Bridal, Cheri’s Jewelry Shop, Old Navy, CJ Banks, Kim Kriner’s Bridal Boutique, JCPenney, Marshall Field’s, and Younkers. Most of those stores were visited in the attempt of finding Mom a mother-of-the-bride dress. We finally found THE ONE at Younkers. Yay! It’s very pretty and Mom looks pretty in it. I had the goal of finding jewlery for the wedding day. We went in a jewlery store. It’s called Cheri’s, I think and it’s Centerpointe Mall. Well, we go in and just tell the lady that I am just looking. Well, five minutes later she has my hair up and I am wearing a head piece, veil, and hair pins. After telling her that I don’t want my hair all up and I don’t want a head piece. She tells me I have to have my hair up, so my back won’t be hidden and that I have to have a head piece cuz if I don’t then I will be too plain when I take my veil off. So, if any wants any wedding day wardrobe advice, go to Cheri’s in Centerpointe Mall. I have to learn how to say NO.
This last week marked the arrival of a new member to Jim and I’s family: XBox360. We are still trying to name it: XOB, Rotundra, or Sphere are some options. We are open to any suggestions…

I went to Cheri’s with my mom when I was looking for jewelry too! AND, I had a crazy wedding lady helping me…who tried to sell me everything she had in the store…I think my mom bought a cheap hair clip just to get us out of there…we still sometimes joke about that place… 🙂
Hey, don’t let the lady talk you into wearing your hair up. You are beautiful and more so with your hair down! And about walking up and down the isles of a church and bothered by peple looking you….GET USED TO IT! At your wedding they will not just be looking they will be staring! Jim is one blessed dude!
